time staff:
Craftsmen
Joiners, Stonemasons, Plasters and Bricklayers;
1 JCB Operator;
Labourers;
2 Administration Staff

All
of our Apprentices are on the CITB Apprenticeship Scheme, our labourers are trained to the highest standard with
vast amounts of experience and our JCB Operator (who
oversees all our ground works) is fully qualified and
highly skilled.

Proprietor
Richard
is responsible for meeting with Clients, establishing their
requirements, pricing projects and generally 'getting the ball
rolling'!
He
remains involved throughout and oversees all aspects of each of the
projects we're involved in. His
experience is second to none and he's renowned for his straightforward, genial style.

 Julie
Walker, Secretary
Julie joined Richard in August 1999 and is the first point of contact at the RAW office.
She
manages the daily administration within the business, providing full
support to and co-ordinating other team members.
Julie's
efficient and hospitable manner make her accomplished in dealing
with and understanding Clients' requirements.
She has an
excellent working knowledge of all aspects of the building
trade.

Harry
Tweddle,Contracts Manager
 Harry
has a long history within the building trade and has been with Richard
since April 1998. He oversees the daily running of our projects,
liasing with Richard, Ron, Julie,Clients and Architects as required.
Like Richard, his knowledge of the construction industry is
comprehensive and his familiarity with Health & Safety procedures
and site management is extensive.
